Your photographs and details

What we collect. When you request a portrait we collect the photographs you upload, your name, email address and (optionally) phone number, and the portrait you chose.

Why. Only to create your portrait, send you a proof and complete your order. We never sell your data or use your photographs for anything else without asking.

How long. Your photographs are deleted 30 days after your order is completed or cancelled. Order records (name, email, what you ordered) are kept for our accounts.

Who sees them. Our small studio team, and the image-generation service we use to help create the artwork.

Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete it sooner, at any time: contact us.
